Refund policy

At Whiskey Blues, we aim to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer exchanges under the following terms:


1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The exchange request is made within 2 days of delivery

2. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Intimates / innerwear
  • Customized or made-to-order products

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at whiskeyblues.in@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order ID, reason for exchange, and product images (if applicable)
  3. Once approved, we will share return instructions

4. Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on your location
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply

5. Quality Check & Approval

  • All returned items will go through a quality inspection
  • If approved, the exchange will be processed
  • If the product does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be returned to the customer

6. Exchange Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, we may offer store credit

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
